Alexia Vonderbell

She is 20 years old currently. She really shows no expression on her face, keeping a very monotone attitude. 

Alexia has Blood  magic.

Explaination: The blood in her body is not hers. She steals blood from the people she encounters. Her weapon is a scythe which she uses to cut her victims. Once the victim is cut deep enough to wear they bleed, the controls the blood from that persons body to come out of the wound. With that blood, she can either form weapons or heal herself, replacing body parts or major cuts.

The thing is, Alexia is partially dead.

Here is how I explain it. The country Alexia lives in is under a constant civil war between magic user and non magic users. She had an Older Sister Name Shia. Shia volunteered at the age of 14 to be an experiment for the government to create the "Ultimate Mage" for the side of the magic users. It is an experiment to make an ultimate weapon. In return her parents would be held under protection of the government and paid very well. However, after 2 years the experiments failed and turned Shia into a magic slime/goo secreting mage. She is unstable and cant keep her normal human form very well. Unfortunately, Shia had to be put away. Hoping to find a cure for her older sister, at the age of 13, Alexia volunteered to help the government continue the experiments. Finally, the government succeeded in their project when Alexia was 17. 

First, they knew Alexia had to loose the ability to run on blood or be damaged. Blood is basically the life giver to all living things. So they made her body run on pure magic instead of blood. Meaning, they had to make her body sort of "dead." Her heart has no pulse since there is no blood. Now when ever she is injured, she feels no pain. Alexia feels nothing now. Not grass, not the wind, nothing. The only thing her body can register is pressure.
Now, instead of using her own blood (since she has none), she collects other peoples blood. For  blood is her biggest and most important weapon. 

Her biggest weaknesses are her sister Shia and Celestia Spirits. Neither of them bleed. Shai runs on magic empowered slime instead of blood. And Celestia spirits do not bleed. So without blood to take, she cannot heal herself or create level Weapons.

Level Weapons are weapons created out of another person blood. The DNA in the blood copies the skills AND WEAKNESSES of the person it came from. So say she took blood from Erza, Alexia would inherit the swordsmen skill and the strength that Erza has.

Deep down inside, she still cares deeply for her sister, even if she doesn't show it. She is often shown saying how much she resents her sister for being such a failed weapon.
